So, nun bin ich wech, für ganze 3 Wochen, und es wird hier dementsprechend nix los sein. Im Urlaub werd ich mir das hier wohl gönnen, und meine Vorfreude auf Joss Whedons neue Serie "Cathouse" wird mich unbeschadet durch die stürmische Ostsee bringen.

Ich kann mit leiser Stimme eventuell eine Möglichkeit andeuten, dass sobald ich zurück bin, es möglicherweise einen Konjunktiv geben könnte, der in der Lage wäre anzudeuten, dass ich dann vielleicht von kleine Einblicken in eine gewissen Folge einer gewissen Serie über Katzen und Häuser berichten könnte.

Auch lustig, dass PETA auf ihre Jagd-Vorliebe sofort reagiert.

Heute, völlig überraschend, aus dem Nichts kommend, ein neuer Serenity-Comic, acht Seiten auf dem Dark Horse Myspace. Serenity: The Other Half wurd von Jim Krueger geschrieben, der auch das kommende A Shepherd's Tale schreiben wird.

Gestern war Eliza bei Jimmy Kimmel zu Gast, und ließ (laut dollhousetvforum.com) folgendes fallen:

A few dollhouse tidbits, Eliza will ride a motorcycle (not a surprise) and there will be a bow hunting episode.

Well, ain't that nice. Am imdb-board erzählt wer, sie hätte auch folgendes erzählt:

-She had just got off filming from riding a motercycle around LA.
-"Yesterday we did stuff with choppers"
-Boats
-She brought her bow & arrow to the show and said something about shooting it on Dollhouse.

Seit gestern wird am neuen Piloten gedreht. Und zwar in einem... Hangar!

Joss Whedon is directing Dollhouse on location in a hangar.

Puuuh.

Nein, nicht die Webisodes sind gemeint, sondern, sollte es scheitern (allen reden wieder nur vom scheitern...). Das fragte jemand Joss bei der Comicon:

KM: As people already mentioned in the panel, there are websites already started to "save Dollhouse" even before it's started. Now, say something were to happen, and Dollhouse didn't make it, can you picture just saying, "fine, we'll just take it to the Internet," let the fans support it?

JW: You know, the thing with Dollhouse, honestly, I created that for the Fox network. For Eliza's deal at Fox. And that's where it belongs. And, if it doesn't go ... you know, if America doesn't respond, or Fox isn't very supportive and it doesn't show any signs of hope ... but if for some reason it doesn't happen ... well, I think my reaction would be "what's the next thing?" not "how can I bring it to the next medium?" Even though we're doing webisodes and we're doing them around the show, to have Eliza and those resources ... it's a very different thing.

When I did Dr. Horrible, it was very much designed for the Internet the way Dollhouse is designed for Fox. So ... it wouldn't be the first thought I'd have. The first thought I'd have would be (crying hysterically) "OH GOD I'VE FAILED! I NEED MORE WINE!"
